• Payment information: Processed securely by Razorpay — we do not store card or UPI details
• Usage data: Lessons watched, progress completed, community posts
• Device data: IP address, browser type, device type (for security and analytics)

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and manage your course access
• To send important account and payment notifications via email
• To embed your name, email, and phone as a watermark in course videos for piracy prevention
• To improve our platform and course content
• To respond to support requests
• To comply with legal obligations

3. Video Watermarking

All course videos are embedded with a personalized watermark containing your name, email address, and phone number. This is a security measure to prevent unauthorized sharing of course content. By purchasing a course, you consent to this watermarking. This data is visible only in the video and is not shared with third parties.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data with:

• Razorpay: For payment processing (subject to Razorpay's privacy policy)
• Resend: For sending transactional emails
• Cloudflare: For hosting and security (our infrastructure provider)
• Law enforcement: When required by law or to protect our rights

5. Data Storage & Security

• Your data is stored on Cloudflare's secure servers with encryption at rest.
• Passwords are hashed using PBKDF2-SHA256 with 100,000 iterations and are never stored in plain text.
• We use HTTPS/TLS for all data transmission.
• Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

6. Cookies

We use a secure session cookie (`__Host-jtrader_session`) to keep you logged in. This cookie is HttpOnly, Secure, and expires after 7 days. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Withdraw consent for marketing communications
