1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, purchasing a course, or using any part of our platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Course Access

• Upon successful payment, you will be granted access to the purchased course for the duration specified at the time of purchase (e.g. 6 months, 1 year, or lifetime).
• Access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing your login credentials with others is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to revoke access if we detect account sharing or misuse.
• Course content may be updated, modified, or supplemented at our discretion.

3. Intellectual Property

• All course videos, materials, strategies, and content on JTrader Academy are the exclusive property of JTrader Academy and Jeya Akash.
• You may not record, reproduce, distribute, sell, or share any course content in any form.
• All videos are embedded with a personalized watermark containing your name, email, and phone number. Any leaked content can be traced back to the source.
• Unauthorized distribution of course content will result in immediate account termination and may result in legal action.

4. Trading Disclaimer

JTrader Academy provides educational content about stock markets and options trading for informational purposes only. Trading in financial markets involves significant risk. We do not provide investment advice or guarantee profits. Past results are not indicative of future performance. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

5. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Record, screenshot, or capture course content
• Share, distribute, or resell course materials
• Use automated tools to download content
• Misrepresent yourself or provide false information
• Attempt to hack, bypass, or exploit the platform

7. Payments

• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, without refund. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Limitation of Liability

JTrader Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or reliance on course content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the course.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
